Blue Dog Dems Hold Up Jobs Bill....Unemployment Extention...
Will they go on vacation again and leave millions of American's hanging?

Way to go Blue Dogs... Jane Harmon D-Ca, Stephanie Herseth Sandlin D-SD, Gerry Connolly D-Va, (we don't need no stinkin' jobs)

Bet they vote for $66 Billion war funding.. without batting an eye..

Even after Democratic leadership scaled back its bill to reauthorize several domestic aid programs, reducing its impact on the federal budget deficit by $50 billion, conservative rank-and-file Democrats remain unhappy.

Blue Dog Democrat Stephanie Herseth Sandlin (S.D.) said Thursday that several Blue Dogs are firmly against the bill and that party leadership doesn't have enough votes to pass it, according to CongressDaily.

The bill essentially pits the unemployed against investment fund managers and deficit hawks -- a fight the latter groups are winning.

2. It may be an insult to pigs, but I like my signature line better

"You lie down with pigs, you come up smellin' like garbage." That's the way I feel about these "representatives" who don't give a damn about us.

Why should they? They are neoliberals, and high unemployment or destitution is the way it is supposed to be in their sick world.

3. Why must they keep doing this?
With Democrats like these in the way, you don't need Republicans to blame if a bill fails to pass.

4. Exactly. And Democrats are going to pay dearly in the fall.
The GOP, of course will be worse, and then when THEY don't do anything, voters will vote the Democrats back in.

Back and forth, back and forth. Meanwhile, the banksters and neoliberals laugh at us.

9. I still think of the language Reid used on the Floor one day recently:
"We were at a meeting today, and we were told (by Secretary Gates) that we had to pass the war supplemental before we leave here…”
