Is it true that THREE BP employees took the Fifth or wouldn't testify?

Robert Kaluza, James Mansfield, and Donald Vidrine?

That's a satire link but it says:"Everyone sing the bp salute song to rig bosses who won't testify!"

And this morning we found out that Kaluza took the Fifth. Were there two more today?

1. I don't know about today but I believe the two BP who testified BEFORE Kaluza DID -NOT- take the....

....fifth. As far as I know, it's actually Kaluza alone...which does a hell of a lot to finger him as THE "BP Exec" who, if the reports are to be believed, responsible for bullying the crew into getting themselves killed.

3. Without an immunity agreement

he would be an idiot to talk. This is a huge deal. People and prosecutors are going to be looking to sue/charge everybody who has ever cut a fart in the direction of this well. Like it or not, this is the way these things work. And taking the 5th is no admission nor should anyone consider it an indication of guilt.
