I am amazed how the republicans can take a nothing.. the whole Sestak thing and turn it into something..

While the democrats take something.. Bush lying us into a war.. torturing... turning a huge surplus into a deceit and turn that into nothing!!

3. Kind of how the Washington Generals can blow a 4 on 1 fast break, but the Globetrotters...
The Globetrotters can do a 5 man weave around the stunned Generals defense.

It's all a show. We know who's supposed to win. America is one extended episode of Hannity and Colmes.

9. Because we on the left fight ourselves first, and them second.
Watch ANY news show ... the right wing pounds us endlessly, they stick to the talking points.

We don't. We first have to list which things they said that we agree with ... then we run out of time on defense on everything else.

We on the left seem to have no ^%#^# clue how to punch the right in the throat.

10. You're right of course.......
... the left spends time and energy thoughtfully analyzing issues, seperating facts from frantic fictions, and trying to achieve some semblance of bi-partisanship (when will Obama say "enough" to the Republicans and forge ahead???).

The RW'ers just come up with catchy slogans and repeat the mantra that is assigned to them, apparently without any thought processes involved whatsoever (one of my problems with "faith").

As one DU'er puts it in his/her signature line, ""The whole problem with the world is that fools and fanatics are always so certain of themselves, but wiser people so full of doubts" -Bertrand Russell"

Should we change and be like them? No, I don't think so. But should we "step on their throats" once we've settled on the facts and our position? Yes, yes, yes.
