I just wish Joe would have held out thru New Hampshire primaries

Bill Clinton had 3% of the vote in the Iowa Caucus and he still won the nomination.

I know Biden was a long-shot, but I never thought Iowa would be a state for Biden. New England has broader appeal for someone like Joe Biden, who is cut from the same political cloth as Kerry & Kennedy. Personally, I would have just skipped Iowa and put my focus into a state where he could have easily made top 3.

But it was a long-shot and I feel like our country turned down one of the best choices to lead this country past 2008. I just hope that Obama/Clinton/Edwards utilizes Joe Biden's skillset. Joe will be key with getting the US back in the good graces of the rest of the world.

for the love of me I just can't figure it. I'm seeing a couple of threads re "write in" and a couple that mentioned vote for him anyway, he's still on the ballot. I don't know enough about the intricacies involved here. I have such a headache today, unbelievable. Great post by the way...

come in fourth (I know, I know - but them's the facts). So he wouldn't have had much exposure in NH before the primaries. Plus, he's been devoting the majority of his time to Iowa, so he'd have a lot of ground to cover in NH in just a very few days. In the big picture, I think he made the wise decision.

nice. Had an uncle who worked for the Gov. and lived in Rahobeth. When he wanted to come home to Jersey he got on the ferry at Lewes and got off in south Jersey. I'm hating Florida more and more today...
