Just emphasize how far ahead this man is from the country he leads. It's like he's living in 2050 and this country is stuck in 1950.

4. Increasing NASA budget $ 6 billion despite there being a general freeze
on discretionary spending. And then he goes into a lot of detail, point by point how they are changing the priorities and working with the private sector.
