Anyone watching Gordon Liu confirmation hearing on C-Span?

It's for the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. The Repubs. are aggressively going after him, trying to paint him as an activist who would help the little guy. :eyes: He's VERY intelligent, calm, cool, and collected regardless of the ridiculous comments coming from the Repubs.
