Damn Obama for not being able to identify criminals before they become criminals

It seems like the WH press is trying to suggest that Obama and Co could've done something to stop some nut from driving a bomb to Times Square.

He was just another criminal face in the crowd that didn't stand out.

9. These "War on Terrorism" wonks aren't going to stop

until we adapt to a "Minority Report" style of law enforcement.

In that type of society, a person doesn't even have to commit a crime to be incarcerated. They just have to show proof of premeditation of crime.
