I have seen more BUSH officials on tv in the past week than Obama officials...
I've seen Hayden, Chertoff, Townsend, others I probably forget, not to mention ex-Repub. governors like Pataki, Giuliani, and others all slamming the Obama admin. And I'm talking about them being on MSNBC and CNN-this isn't even counting Faux!

Does anyone remember this being the case (but in reverse) during the BUSH admin.? It's sickening!

1. That's because the Obama administration is busy doing their jobs.
The other team is busy playing for the cameras, even when an entire American city is drowning.

2. Yes, but I don't see why they even get BOOKED on so many shows...
or at least without some "Dem. strategists" to counter the lies.

3. Well, you know, they're hanging around, got nothin' better to do...
No, I get exactly what you mean. It is very aggravating when they are part of the worst administration in history, they failed at their jobs and people died, and they have the audacity to dare speak now about the Obama administration.

5. Yeah...
Hayden was interviewed on The Daily Rundown (or whatever the show is called on MSNBC right after Morning Joe), Pataki was interviewed on Morning Joe and then by some dumb guy anchor on MSNBC afterwards (Peter something, who let him get away with everything, unchallenged), as well as yesterday, and they're always on MTP, etc. :eyes:

4. Because the media loves controversy and discord
just like they popularized the teabaggers, they're going to give the Bushistas a forum to spew.

17. They are the "experts" because they were in these positions in the last administration.
They get treated like objective experts instead of partisans so no counter-point to them is even put up by the news channels. Some seem to try to be more objective and others don't bother - but they still get to be on by themselves without someone to challenge their POV.

18. It's a welfare program for unemployed/irrelevant former GOP officials.
The CEOs probably write it off as charitable contributions.

8. The media is sickening and the Bushies are even worse.
This does not surprise me at all. CNN seems to have hired all the old Bush officials....they must be desperate for jobs.

10. I have no doubt that the media (and the people they have to comment on the Obama admin.)
are responsible for about 10 points of his drop in the polls from a year ago.

12. True, but HE was on Hardball for the sole purpose that Chris could attack him.
He wasn't given free airtime with no push-back like the others.
