This is hilarious. Megyn Kelly has Michael Mukasey (Bush's AG?) on about the Sestak matter and he is
not playing ball. She keeps bringing up statutes asking if Obama and Rahm BROKE THE LAW, and he keeps shooting each one down. Saying it's a stretch. She's so desperate she goes back to the old Secretary of Navy rumor.
Faux News is all over this. They had Dana Perino, now Mukasey and upcoming Issa.
But Mukasey doesn't appear to have gotten the correct script.

2. Mukasey doesn't think Obama broke the law?
With George Will and CREW not thinking so either, and no statement from Mitch or Boner, I don't see this getting any traction whatsoever.

White House Counsel Bob Bauer has already released a memo detailing exactly what happened and why it was not against the law, and Sestak has confirmed that version of events.
