2. BTW, that's the ultimate point to silence the conspiracy theorists.
If it were all REALLY about poll numbers and elections, this announcement would have come in an election year.

6. Specifically...
It would have come in October 2012. No political reason for Obama to randomly announce this in May 2011 unless it was the truth. Apparently the government will provide a ton of proof to prevent conspiracy theory propaganda in the Middle East.
