Me - No.

The Shrub and his literally un-dead, heartless Vice President used Bin Laden as a bogeyman to foster fear and hate. That bogeyman is now dead.

3. Credit for justice deferred, justice denied
allowing the entire 911 fiasco, grudging failure in Afghanistan, shameless exploitation, for demonstrating we could have prevented 911, could have taken out Bin Laden earlier- as Clinton, Gore, Kerry and Obama had just as consistently focused on instead.

4. Nope. Screw Bush. He waved off Bin Laden ON THE RECORD.
If Obama had done that, we'd be seeing that loop nonstop on a split-screen with the declaration that OBL had been killed.

6. Uh, no
They claim the state of the economy and the deficit isn't his fault, because he's out of office. But when something good happens, he gets credit, even though he's out of office. Give me a break.

7. Yes. Bush gets credit for delaying, by years, the capture/killing of OBL..
by his psychotic obsession with Iraq.

10. Bush gets plenty of credit . . . for invading the wrong country with no cause
and failing to give the kill order when we had in our sites in Tora Bora

and saying he doesn't think much about Bin Laden.

12. He SHOULD get credit for 9/11 happening on his watch. If it never happened, Obama
would never have gotten bin Laden killed and Bush would never have even pretended to TRY to get him killed.

You don't have to be too cynical to imagine Bush wanted him alive for political leverage.

WaPo’s Big Story on Bush Abandoning Search for Bin Laden In Favor of Iraq War

Obama completed the mission in spite of Bush. Not because of him.

15. Absolutely.
If Bush had not ignored warnings thereby allowing Al Qaeda to bring down the towers, President Obama would probably not have killed Bin Laden.

"Who knows if he's hiding in some cave or not ... I don't know where he is. Nor do I -- you know, I just don't spend that much time on him to be honest with you." -- George W. Bush, 2002

Repeat as needed.

27. Gee...I thought TeaParty formed to distance themselves from Bush/GOP because he was a FAILURE.
Now they have spent the last year and a half rehabilitating Bush and rewriting history just to throw stones at the Obama and the Dems.

Fascist tools.
