I'm guessing Secret Service feels safe enough at a US Army base.
I wish we could see more of Joe Biden, he was always one of my favorites and I liked the way he introduced Obama by refering to him as "the man I serve with" instead of under. I actually think that's pretty classy and all Joe.
10. I always think of that vid when Joe was a candidate, where he was
speaking to medical personnel. It ALWAYS gave me chills and brought tears to my eyes, no matter how.many times I watched it. Joe just CARES SO MUCH about our military. I know O does, too.
6. Watching this, I can't help but wonder how many of these soldiers
are like my nephew who went to Afghanistan an Obama supporter and came home watching Faux news. His facebook status is forever quoting what he heard on faux dissing Obama. Makes me crazy.
11. My parents had an OBAMA '08 bumper sticker on their car...
My dad is a member of the 101st Airborne, served in Vietnam. He passed in November, but was always going up to the VA in his car with the sticker on the back window. Lots of former veterans always gave him thumbs ups!
