Scotty Brown, of Massachusetts, has already danced away from his commitment to "vote for the Ryan bill"...

So have the Senators from Maine and Murkowski from AK.

10. I'm waiting for them to filibuster it so they won't have to vote.
That would be funny to see. Not likely, but they've done crazier things, like, oh you know, propose the Ryan budget in the first place.

13. I wouldn't blame them. The worst situation is them having to vote on this bill.
A filibuster might not look good, but it won't be nearly as bad as having to say yes or no.

14. I don't anticipate filibustering done by Republicans to stop a vote on..
a Republican bill passed in the House.

That would sort of look kind of kooky, but then, with the Republicans we have these days, you never know.

16. A filibuster does not stop a vote. It just sets the standard for passage at 60.
