Obama to Cantor "Am I dealing with Boehner, or am I dealing with you?”
Good times!

Since pulling the plug on the deal, Boehner has been largely silent in the meetings, leaving House Majority Leader Eric Cantor (R-Va.) to present details of the House’s position. On Tuesday, people in both parties said, Obama tried to reestablish Boehner’s primacy.

Cantor, who is advocating a smaller deal, at one point demanded that Obama offer the details of his vision for a “grand bargain.”

“Where’s your paper?” he asked angrily.

Obama snapped back: “Frankly, your speaker has it. Am I dealing with him, or am I dealing with you?”

Related, Cantor is STILL demanding to see Obama's papers? ;)

17. It's entertaining now. Might not be so great later, if Cantor ends up
obstructing a deal. He's as ambitious as Lucifer and Boehner doesn't have him on a leash, any more than he controls the teabaggers. I'd be a lot more sanguine about our chances of getting a deal if the Republicans had some party discipline.

44. Cantor has his sights set a little higher than that.
His greed outstrips both his patience and his intelligence, so he should provide good entertainment if he doesn't harm too many people on his way down. He, like Newt, will be more appreciated than he deserves but never as much as he feels he ought to be.

78. That is why ...
they are afraid for it to be televised on cspan. They pretend that they want it but they don't really, they run to fox and cry about how Obama embarrassed them on television.

I heard some of the CONS the other day talking about how they need to watch out for him in these meetings because he is crafty, what it is,is that they are full of shit and can't handle the truth and they know just like last time when he made them all look like fools.

They can't have us looking at that I go back and look at the video's for a laugh as he smacks down,Henserling,Ryan and the rest of the gang as they talk nonsense and try to get nothing done until the next election..

They have been trying to make sure that the President can't work on anything but nonsense like birth certificates, beer summits ( THE OFFICER DID ACT STUPIDLY!)they go digging through all of the records of his family when they are suppose to be working for the people...

WHERE ARE THE JOBS REPUBLICONS!!!

Just look at the competition:

Palin
Romney
Perry

Yet there is Cantor, the king of the asshole brigade.
