Dear Mr. President. How about we do some things to piss of the republicans, like end the wars.

Move some of our federal agencies out of the red states. They do it, why do you think Texas is the only state to still have jobs. My federal checks and income tax use to go to Massachusetts and be mailed from Pennsylvania now it is all done in red states. Fuck them back Mr President... You run the agencies sir. Obviously Bush did it.
One more thing you can do, use defense money to build new bridges, roads and rails, in the name of national security, we have to be able to mobilize in case of war, right?.

were looking at county-level election results and distributing federal spending according to which voted most Republican. karl Rove was overseeing it.
