There will be no reason for him to negotiate with the republicans for anything.

He will win the next election - no matter what agenda he pushes.

Let's hope he becomes the FDR we all know he can be!

I'd love to see an example of it. Edited to add that you are right, this is political capital in the purest sense, but taking advantage of it is not a given.
