Crap...he was killed in Pakistan according to CNN
They're saying he was killed in a mansion near Islamabad. "He was hiding in open site" and not in the caves near the Afghanistan border. This is not going to be good for US/Pakistan relations and I have a scary feeling things aren't going to be getting better any time soon.

11. I would rather have been killed in the caves
I just have a fear that this will open the door for neo cons and/or war hungry people to demand retaliation against Pakistan. After all, they've spent the past 10 years saying they were looking for him and getting order.

16. Our government has known for years that Omar and his crew
were all there. This probably wasn't much of a secret, either. And there were years when BushCo was not looking for OBL at all.

I'm glad he is dead. Now I'm just praying it doesn't lead to more war.

9. Yeah, indeed- "A mansion outside of Islamabad". That alone is worth pondering.
I mean, thinking about how that politically works, especially when Pakistan is upset about our drone attacks.
