According To The MSM, George W. Bush Took Bin Laden Out
Edited on Mon May-02-11 06:56 AM by KingOfLostSouls
he single handedly swooped in on a hang glider under cover of night, took out all the guards with only a pocket knife, used their weapons to take out all of osama's guards, and then shot osama dead after facing each other down, beating him on the quick draw.

at least that's how the MSM is painting it all. oh yeah, don't make it political, obama, stop patting yourself on the back.

:sarcasm: :sarcasm: :sarcasm:

STOP PRAISING GEORGE W. BUSH, HE FUCKING LET 9-11 HAPPEN BECAUSE HE WAS TOO BUSY DOING NOTHING AND THEN DECIDED OSAMA WASN'T A PRIORITY AFTER HE LET HIM ESCAPE TORA BORA.

2. Bush let Bin Laden live for years; focused on the wrong war
Perhaps if he just stuck with Afghanistan he would have found the guy years ago.

9. Bush released Osama tapes every time he needed a distraction ...
MSM didn't bother to remind the populace that Bush43 promised ObL "dead or alive" ...

will be kinda hard to push a new "ObL tape" these days ...

7. you are right.....BUT strategically speaking...it would not have hurt
for O to throw him a bone ..to give the wingnuts fewer things to complain about.

I liken it to a winning team talking about how great the other team was.

No one would believe it...but it would make O look very magnanimous

8. The faces at Fox & Fiends are mighty grim
all the while, putting up W's quotes on the screen. You'd think he was still president.

14. I don't watch Fox but on Mojo today, Peggy Noonan was giving all credit to Obama
and the Navy Seals. Which is fine.

Mika seemed to be overwhelmed that this thing had not ONE LEAK and had been in the works for a long time.

What I saw on MSNBC was praise for Obama, for "getting the job done." Then they talked a lot about what impact this would have on the various age groups in America...kids, boomers who were adults at the time of 9/11, etc. They talked about it as a "lift" to the mood of America. Schumer was on and talked about the feelings in New York City. I had no problem with that conversation...

10. You beat me to it. I could hear the new meme this morning loud
and clear. The credit goes to Bush for declaring "I want him dead or alive."

I heard one caller start with giving Bush credit and said Obama gets equal credit.

So at least that's a start - Obama gets "equal credit" with Bush.

12. I'd like a link to specifics....
The 'MSM' is too broad. I do not believe the entire media is crediting Bush, I have not seen or heard that. Fox? Probably. I don't watch FoxNews, nor do many other Americans. A niche outlet is hardly 'mainstream'.
Prove your claim.

13. Actually, I was surprised that Joey Scar et al were so admiring of the Obama
admin in getting OBL in such a daring way.

If anything, the pukes they had on the show this morning were playing up the "this is a great day for the country, not for republicans or democrats." You know when they're that lame, they're really feeling screwn!
