CIA Chief: Public Will Ultimately See Photo Of Dead Osama Bin Laden

The public will ultimately see a photo of a dead Osama bin Laden, CIA Chief Leon Panetta told NBC's Brian Williams in an interview.

"The government obviously has been talking about how best to do this, but I don't think there's -- there was any question that ultimately a photograph would be presented to the public," according to a transcript of the interview. "Obviously I've seen those photographs. We've analyzed them and there's no question that it's Bin Laden."

"I think there's no question that there were concerns and there were questions that had to be debated about just exactly question kind of impact -- would these photos have," Panetta continued. "But the bottom line is that, you know, we got Bin Laden and I think we have to reveal to the rest of the world the fact that we were able to get him and kill him."

Panetta and the entire government for all we know has seen the photo. Some of them watched the operation live. But WE the TAXPAYERS WHO FUNDED THE ENTIRE OPERATION, we don't have a right to see it too?

When will you people WTFU? This isn't government of the politicians, for the military, by the bureaucrats. IT'S GOVERNMENT OF THE PEOPLE, BY THE PEOPLE, AND FOR THE PEOPLE.

Treating us like second class members of the society doesn't cut it with me. Obviously it does cut it with many DU members who can't seem to understand the simple fact that we have a right to see the remaining evidence. Hell, it should be up on the giant screens in Times Square. Broadcast on all the major channels. Are you AFRAID it will incite people who hate us to more violence? Aside from the fact that American policies have given many people very good reason to hate us, releasing the remaining evidence isn't going to cause any more hatred than already exists.

Stop treating the American people like children and release the photos and video already.
