I've been looking at the totals in the Wisconsin recount and

in going from the bottom up, I see that the Washburn Stone Lake Ward 1 is in the wrong columns..they are offset to the right from the rest of the totals..this will throw the column grand totals off.

If I were the GAB, I would routinely check for big apparent margin changes before publishing spreadsheet updates. But of course it's a tradeoff between caution and transparency.

If they haven't fixed it in the midday update, maybe you can call or email them to point out the problem. I'm guessing that you wouldn't be the first, but who knows?
