when I saw the pic of Hillary in the W.H. watching the death I wondered

if she ever flashed back on her young self and her then hopes and dreams to help america.

our young hopes and dreams seldom are realized as we imagined them.

she looked so distraught. and I can't blame her.

1. I wondered if she remembered that scandalous "3AM phone call" ad she ran.
Who do you want to pick it up? Yeah, that guy.

3. I'm no fan of hers, but it is an interesting question you raise.
Robert Frost's "The Road Less Travelled" (3rd verse) comes to mind.

6. I thought she looked attentive.
I don't think she looked distraught at all. She definitely was concentrating intently.

7. I doubt she ever dreamed ...
she'd attend a White House party where the main attraction was a snuff job.

8. Hmmm....I dunno...
Maybe that thought will come later, when her career is over and she has more time to reflect on it...

9. "her young self" was a leader of the Young Republicans.
She developed a belief in helping people later.

Sorry, but the storyline in your head was false. Some people are idealistic when young. Her ideals came later.
