12. A better analogy would be firebombing a populated swamp

and killing much of the life living within it in an effort to fight malaria. :(

Swatting individual mosquitoes would be more comparable to only sending in individual teams of special forces. If we had done that, we wouldn't have wasted trillions of dollars, all of these lives unnecessarily, and caused all of this wasteful collateral damage.
