just like Bush helped get Osama Bin Laden

C.I.A. Closes Unit Focused on Capture of bin Laden

WASHINGTON, July 3 — The Central Intelligence Agency has closed a unit that for a decade had the mission of hunting Osama bin Laden and his top lieutenants, intelligence officials confirmed Monday.

The unit, known as Alec Station, was disbanded late last year and its analysts reassigned within the C.I.A. Counterterrorist Center, the officials said.

The decision is a milestone for the agency, which formed the unit before Osama bin Laden became a household name and bolstered its ranks after the Sept. 11 attacks, when President Bush pledged to bring Mr. bin Laden to justice "dead or alive."

The realignment reflects a view that Al Qaeda is no longer as hierarchical as it once was, intelligence officials said, and a growing concern about Qaeda-inspired groups that have begun carrying out attacks independent of Mr. bin Laden and his top deputy, Ayman al-Zawahiri.

1. And Thanks To Bill Clinton For Removing Saddam Hussein From Power
Gee, you know, I don't recall EVER hearing Bush or any other Republicans praise Clinton for helping to remove Saddam. I must have just missed it.

11. Did you see Condi Rice on CNN last night
Sure enough she was trying to credit Bush and torture techniques for Osama's demise

Far be it a RATpubliCON would ever credit "Good Ol' American perseverance to ingenuity to getting the job done

These RATpubliCONs truly are Taliban in disguise

6. "That man" in the White House did nothing to win WW2
No self-respecting Republican would even utter FDR's name. He was a traitor to his class.

7. We really should give all the credit to Ronald Reagan
It was in his administration that the US created Osama what he was:
Reagan's Osama Connection
How he turned a jihadist into a terrorist kingpin.

http://www.slate.com/id/2102243/

If it had not been for Regan, we might never had the attacks on 9/11 which turned into a snow ball of opportunities for the bu$h regime with the two wars they started and all the civil liberties they trampled.

So here is to another Reagan fuck up that came back to bite us in the ass.

Thank to President Obama, we have taken the #1 face of terrorism out of circulation.
