Unraveling the Chain of Corruption -- Part 2
http://www.politiscoop.com/citizens-voice/264-unraveling-the-chain-of-corruption-part-2.html

Madison Wisconsin -- In the first article of this series, Unraveling The Chain of Corruption -- Part 1, PolitiScoop provided the reader with information that, in no uncertain terms, reveals that Scott Walker has a knack for rubbing elbows with corrupt power players in state politics. Politiscoop has repeatedly reported on the Koch brothers as primary benefactors of Walkers draconian budget bill. Just to give you a bit of understanding regarding the Koch brothers reach into Wisconsin politics, I have compiled a list of local businesses and after, I will explain their significance.

:snip list of government offices that share the SAME address as the Koch Brothers offices:

As you can plainly see from the list above, every one of these so-called businesses have something in common, they share an address: 10 E. Doty Street Suite 500 Madison, Wisconsin. To be clear and for the record, it is not illegal to be a lobbyist in Wisconsin. What took us by surprise was that so many businesses are being listed at the same office building suite, under the same umbrella and scope, in terms of what their craft actually is. Granted, Koch Public Sector tells the GAB under oath by signing the form they are at Suite 703, but it has been proven with a simple 10 minute walk unable to be confirmed because the office is behind smoked security locked doors with no company name or logo to be found. To be clear, 10 E. Doty Street is 14 floors high. Each floor is represented by their level, for instance first floor is suite 100 and so on. I had heard rumors that some of the businesses were fake or non-existent. To get to the bottom of this, I asked Mr. Jeremy Ryan of Defending Wisconsin PAC, if he would make a trip to Doty Street to verify that these offices actually existed. Mr Ryan headed over to 10 E. Doty Street and rode the elevator up to the 7th floor - Suite 703 in an effort to find the offices for Koch Brothers Public Sector LLC, as the GAB lists this as their official address.

Exiting the elevator on the 7th floor, Mr Ryan attempted to find the Koch Brothers Lobbying firm. After looking for the office twice, without success, he stopped by another office to inquire about the location of Koch Brothers Public Sector LLC. He determined that it did not exist or was hidden behind smoked glass. Politiscoop verified the registered and licensed address to the business on the Government Accountability Board's (GAB) website. We had the correct address according to the GAB, but there was no business to be found. We contacted the GAB and were informed, by Mr. Reid Magney, that the GAB relies solely on the honesty of those applying to the board for the ability to lobby in Wisconsin, to provide their correct address. He also went on to say the GAB does not have the staff to verify the accuracy of the records on the website. (My suggestion to the GAB would be take a cue from the DMV and make the applicant provide mail.)

We didn't stop there. After discovering that the business had either moved or provided incorrect information to the GAB, I decided to call Koch Public Sector LLC for some answers. When I asked if the business was still located at the Doty Street building in Madison, Wisconsin, I was told by a secretary, "I am sorry. I cannot give you that information. I will have to send that on to someone higher up." I told her I was a reporter from PolitiScoop, and asked one more question, "Thank you Miss, but one last question. If your business address is listed on the GAB website, where anyone in the world can see it, why can't you tell me where the office is located? Why all the secrecy?" I felt I asked my questions in a polite and respectful, but inquisitive manner, but she still hung up on me.
