Dude's 11-year-old son was molested, so when they found the perp in another state and extradited him and flew him in, the father waited in the airport and when he was walking by flanked by two police officers, the father shot him point-blank in the head right in front of everyone then surrendered as he was tackled by police. The video of the vigilante action went viral. I think he was able to plead his first-degree murder charge down to voluntary manslaughter and only served a couple years, even though it was premeditated. The jury had mercy on him.

Being a pedophile is definitely a high-risk occupation. They have to hope the government gets them and protects them before the angry parents seek their own form of justice.

She served a few years. Died recently of cancer. Son grew up terribly messed up, is in prison for murder. Sad sad story. Child molestation has long lasting consequences. I bet the perp had been molested as a child also

One in four girls is sexually abused before the age of 18. Usually the inappropriate sexual contact (whether
it be touching, or oral sex or intercourse) is perpetrated by someone the child knows well.

This is an epidemic that we're talking about here. People are repulsed and repelled by the animals who would
perpetrate sex crimes on the most innocent and vulnerable in society.

They see the justice system failing the victims and the perps rarely being charged--and light sentences are often
typical.

Child sex crimes are increasing as well--with the internet providing more opportunities for these insidious monsters.
They often film their crimes, and share with other pedophiles--for profit.

It's an epidemic. People are angry. People are disgusted. I don't necessarily condone mob justice, but mob
justice is a symptom of a justice system that does not work and is not addressing the epidemic.

This isn't just in Russia. There are many cases in America of people taking justice into their own hands--when it comes
to child predators harming and sexually acting out on their children. Surely, anyone can understand the intense feelings
of anger and devastation.

Furthermore--the problem with men and women who are sexual predators--is their incredibly twisted denial and thought
processes that are almost never cured. When they have sexual contact with a child--they view it as THE CHILD'S FAULT. They
twist reality into some contorted world in which they are not harming the child--the child likes it. They spend countless
hours perfecting their denial systems.

Even with videotape evidence or multiple victims coming forward--it often takes years for these predators to admit that
they've done anything wrong. In their mind--they have a convoluted set of denials and justifications for having sex
with children. The only therapy that seems to work with them is group therapy. Once they hear other men suggesting that
"the four year old deserved it because she climbed up on my lap and hugged me" they begin to see the absurdity of their
own bunk thinking. Even then, it takes YEARS of working on them.

They are insidious, broken, weak people who lack the capacity to care about what they do to little children.

People are tired of this epidemic that is not being taken seriously.

They are perfectly happy with laws covering protected and unprotected classes. It is not possible to believe in equal justice under the law and at the same time believe in selective laws and punishments.

Jeez, can you libruls get off that? I mean, if "everyone" says this guy or that guy is really, really bad, there's no need for a "trial" with "evidence" and "witnesses"! Everybody said the guy was a bad 'un! Is it really necessary to get all tied up with some quaint old document written years ago by a bunch of people nobody's ever heard of?

We have a justice system for a reason, to separate the innocent from the guilty.

Because the dead man can't speak for himself as to whether or not he was the pedophile. That is why vigilante justice is outlawed in this country.
