This clown has finally gone too far. (WARNING--not for the faint of heart)

I'm not generally in favor of shining a light on various conservative TV-radio-Internet personalities, since they're usually a pretty clownish lot, and of course none of us believe a word they're saying. However, the guy in this video--James David Manning--has crossed the line from fiery political agitprop into something truly horrific.

If the name sounds familiar, it's because he's gained a tiny bit of publicity for being both black and vehemently anti-Obama. This guy latched onto various BHO conspiracies--Jeremiah Wright, Larry Sinclair, Oprah, the CIA, Marxism, and especially Birtherism. But the death of Osama Bin Laden seems to have pushed him right over the edge. In his latest video (linked below), Manning claims:

* Obama is the Antichrist

* Obama is in collusion with a powerful network of Muslims, Jews, and Illuminatis

* Manning is being given clear instructions by God

* You must listen to no one other than Pastor Manning--no news reports, no Republic politicians--to hear The Truth

* Prophesied events spearheaded by the Antichrist are about to come to pass in the near future, and only those "anointed by the blood of God" can stop him.

Scary, cultish stuff, right? The guy has all the tricks of the demagogue down pat, from the hypnotic, repetitive delivery to the fraudulent vestiges of legitimacy (Dr., Pastor, etc.) But I've never encountered a cult leader who had such a singular political target in his sights. Bottom line: Manning is clearly inciting his followers into violence against the President, and I'm astonished that his many rambling, oddly well-produced videos are allowed to remain posted on YouTube.

I don't care what loopy shit he believes, but he clearly stated he wants to "take down" Obama. If he truly runs a ministry, his tax exempt status should be yanked, and his lying ass should be thrown in jail. You don't get to make threats against the President. Fuck that...

Look around at all these crazy preachers with followers sending all their money to them.

Look around, you see Rush Limbaugh and Glenn Beck. They have tons of followers.

So why not be an insane mixture of both? The guy may actually be smart at bringing in money.

If you have a YouTube account, flag the video. Manning's church's account has apparently been suspended by YouTube numerous times but keeps popping back up somehow.
