Are the Republicans trying to tell us something without actually
saying the words??? Over the years I have learned
to listen to every word a politician in significant
position says. I do this because they are often
telling much more than what the immediate message
is.

I have picked up on a certain statement that is used
every time they speak on Cutting Medicare, Reforming
Medicare whatever.

Ryan uses it, Cantor uses and the Lord knowes Boehner
uses it. When Boehner used it yesterday in speaking
to the Business and WALL STREET audience, a light
went off. OUR CHILDREN WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SUSTAIN
THE PRESENT MEDICARE PROGRAM.

Are they admitting without saying America is becoming
a low wage nation. The incomes of Americans are going
to be so low they will not be able to pay for such
a program. Moreover are they admitting we are going
to have years of high unemployment. Lack of revenues
from taxes make it impossible to have programs like
Health Care and Medicaid. Since wages will continue to
drop our children cannot be burdened??

A real Democratic Party would have a much different
approach and be out there selling it to the American
People?

I do not know what is in their heads of course, but
I do know they live by "Words are important".

2. Hear! Hear!
A real Democratic Party would have a much different
approach and SHOULD (sic) be out there selling it to the American
People?

I don't care WHO "sells" it....actually, it might be better if it were a third (or fourth, etc.) party. Democrats have lost/tossed aside sooooooo much political capital.

5. Close. They actually mean (THEIR) children - i.e, the children
of affluence -(REFUSE TO) pay for anybody else. They aren't talking about (MY) children or
(YOUR) children for whom they don't give a shit.

6. We are seeing the transfer of wealth from the majority of citizens to the wealthy few
The way to reverse this it to increase taxes on the wealthy and put the money back into the economy were everyone has a chance to earn and prosper.
