Single-payer, medicare-for-all, legislation introduced in Senate & House by B Sanders & J McDermott
This looks like Dems. want the Repubs. to openly fight against health-care for all to see.
It wouldn't look good for the Repubs., come Nov. 2012.

8. Yes, they are the ones who have the integrity and the courage
to do what they believe is moral and right for the whole country.

4. It wouldn't get "out of committee and see the light of day" in the House, but
might just do so in the Senate. Hope the Dems. will play it up, loud, clear and long.

6. I wish
I wish that I lived in a sane country where Senator Bernie Sanders could someday (2016 or so) become president.

7. In 2016 Bernie Sanders will be 75 years old, well past the
best years for a president. I would have liked him, too.

10. Is he married?
I'm looking for a boyfriend. I'm 71. Oh well we are on separate coasts any way, but I love the way he thinks.

9. I doubt if Harry Reid will back it.
It will probably go to committee to die like all previous bill attempts for single payer health care in both the House and Senate. But good on Bernie and Jim for trying and for trying to keep the issue on the forefront.
