Grassley on local channel trying to explain funding in the absence
of earmarks. Kind of amusing to watch him talk about "some faceless bureaucrats" (four letter words to the Rs) making allocation decisions rather than those decision being determined by "some powerful senator" (his words). He was considerably less exuberant in flinging BS this morning. Perhaps he hadn't had his coffee yet.
