5. I read somewhere (don't know if it's true or not) that those hats were meant

as an "eff you" to the Queen. These young ladies are the daughters of Fergie who was not invited. Since these young ladies would be sitting behind the queen and included in the camera shots, the hats were intended to be purposely ridiculous and attention-getting in a bad way as an insult to the queen.

9. One of the Fergusons, I think. The gossip is about a family feud going on & cerrtain young ladies

trying to get even for something the queen did. I can understand that sort of thing, but you must be smart about it. They ended up just looking like frumpy idiots with bad wedding-manners.

Second looks like the wicked stepsisters, though -- but I'm not sure it wasn't photoshopped to make the colors match.

I'm going to try to check it out.

On second edit -- it seems the first image is also Cindarella, but with the hair color changed and other alterations. Here's a less retouched version of the full set:
