Stop drone attacks
If the US, now somewhat “relieved” that their most wanted man has been flushed out, claims that the world is a much safer place without the Al-Qaeda supremo, it should stop its drone attacks in tribal areas of Pakistan that has killed more civilians than their intended targets.

The US gives Pakistan $20 billion-plus aid package. But Prime Minister Yousaf Reza Gilani says it is not enough to sustain the country’s military offensive against militants operating within its borders. So this aid needs an overhaul after the sting operation - ostensibly carried out without the knowledge of the Pakistan Army - leaving both Washington and Islamabad, allies in the war on terror, embarrassed.

If the Pakistani Defense Ministry was caught flat-footed over its “ignorance” of the whereabouts of Osama Bin Laden, then Washington’s state-of-the-art surveillance equipment was equally, “inoperative” for the better part of ten years. Hence, such blame should be apportioned! The US armaments industry is “thankfully” reliant on such “lapses.” How else can they keep that sector of the economy afloat?
