The other?

4. If you're really in Japan (which I always believed up until now-this post).....
you'd be worrying a LOT more about your friends/loves.

Sayanora Bonobo. Best of luck and may it "may it be given back to you as you have given".

5. I am in Japan and I have no idea why you would doubt that from this post.
As for worrying about my friends/loves, what would you like me to do? Become dysfunctional?

6. ?
Bonobo can't comment on anything other than the situation in Japan? Are you insinuating he's not worried? I don't understand your post, but I think it sounds mean nonetheless.

9. Amazing, those people have been out in the streets
since January. Many of them have been killed and wounded. But they have not given up. They will truly have earned their freedom when it finally comes which I hope is very soon.

13. It's rather stunted to view their struggle in the terms of our memories and that old song
But our memories are all we have to relate.

There is an unprecedented movement of a region of long suppressed people to freedom.

I admire them. I salute them. I fear for them.

16. And do you suppose the "peaceful" "progressives" of this country will turn against them like they
turned against the brave and steadfast Libyans?

We have much to learn from the Arab Spring, if we just will.
