4. A friend of mine
had to call tech support for his router one day and was connected to an offshore location. The guy on the other end started going through his troubleshooting checklist.

1. Is the power connected? --Yes
2. Are all the cables connected securely? --Yes
3. Do you have a cat?

Apparently, it's a big enough problem to make it to number 3 on the checklist.
