6. My top 3 after DU:
Edited on Sat May-14-11 05:09 PM by coalition_unwilling
1) Antiwar.com -- run by a - GASP! - Libertarian but an excellent aggregator of anti-war news and opinions and truly global in scope
2) SmirkingChimp.com -- excellent aggegator of op-ed pieces with a progressive slant
3) CommonDreams.org -- excellent aggregator of op-ed pieces with a progressive slant

I find myself cycling between these four sites daily, with occasional pit stops at BartCop and DailyKos.

10. Snopes. Sometimes Raw Story,Salon. Hit google a lot for news.
But nothing REALLY regular.
Often I'll start with Google news and just see where that takes me.
But I do enjoy my Snopes visits.

to enlightened in the course of about 8 weeks from the end of August to the end of October during the Presidential race of 2008.

So I spend a lot of time on various video game sites, gamespot, ign, etc. Lately I've been spending a lot of time on the "Star Wars The Old Republic" site waiting for it release, though at this point I'd be happy with a release date! Hurry up, Bioware.

45. In Addition to DU,
I spend most of my time on Fark and BigBlueInteractive (NFL New York Giants).

Also like Lileks.com. Although his daily blog has gone downhill a little, his permanent exhibits on 20th century ads and ephemera are outstanding and quite funny.

Being without cable, I also spend time on Netflix, watch House and non-Netflix movies on Amazon.com, and watch The Daily Show and sometimes Rachel Maddow online.

Lots of other recommended sites, but those are the time-consuming ones.
