1. Arlington's close to having their first gay councilman

Chris Hightower and Lana Wolffe are headed to a run-off. I proudly voted for Hightower. :)

3. He'll be a lot better than who represents me now

She pissed me off years ago when at a town hall she said "well if you don't tell me, how am I supposed to know which roads need repair," or something along those lines. You don't know? Jesus, don't you fucking drive in East Arlington? And you're supposed to represent us???

This was soon after I moved to East Arlington. I've never voted for her and will never vote for her. Hightower will be a great addition to the Arlington City Council.
