Arnold's Love Child -- The Birth Certificate

TMZ has obtained a copy of the birth certificate of the boy Arnold Schwarzenegger fathered ... and he's not listed as the father on the birth certificate.

As TMZ reported, Mildred "Patty" Baena -- who worked as a housekeeper/assistant for Arnold and Maria -- is the mother. She listed her then-husband, Rogelio Baena as the dad.

Baena used a different last name on the birth certificate -- Pena.

The boy was born on October 2, 1997, which now makes him 13. He was born at Saint Joseph's Hospital in Burbank, CA.

Let's start a conspiracy theory, since the birth certificate was not registered until two months after the child was born.

Calling Arnold a "pig" can be justified, but tagging this woman without knowing the circumstances is unfair. For all we know, she could have been one of his many "victims". He had a reputation for crude, aggressive behavior towards women.

I don't think we can say she was a "victim". Unless there was such a glut of housekeepers in 1997 LA that there was no possible way to get another job...

Which raises another huge battery of questions --

Was she an admirer of his -- or did she feel intimidated to have sex with him to save

her job?

How was it Maria didn't become aware -- was this just a one night stand or an ongoing

affair?

Presume there is other household help -- did an yone else know about it -- but didn't

tell Maria?

But this is different, her livelihood depended on him.

Pronounced "pen-nyah". Without that little curlique thing over the "n" it's pronounced "pen-nah" and that word does, indeed, means (take your pick: ) shame, pity, sorrow, punishment, feel sorry for. The surname, as far as I know, is just a surname, but the two words are separate words.

As for wondering whether Ahhhnuld or the woman have any shame, uh, NO?!1 The whole story is being played as poor-Maria-how-painful, when it should be played as: Ahhhhnuld the Nazi, arrogant, p.o.s., rapacious, profoundly duplicitous, predator.

And frankly, I have not excused Maria ever since she married him. She not only got the gropings stories squelched, she SOLD him. By that time she should have known a major part of his a-hole depths.

Also, Arnold has a reputation for being aggressive -- we should hear this woman's

story if she is willing to tell it. Was it infatuation or did she do it to keep

her job?

What were the financial arrangements -- and how were they handled?

As long as someone like Arnold can hide stuff like this for so long, we have to

wonder what else he has done.

He is a 13 year old kid and deserves some privacy. Go after Arnold. He's an adult, but getting the child's birth certificate is really over the top. Of course, I'm sure TMZ has never been accused of good taste.

Reporters questioning his neighbors, friends and family about him. His entire life being exposed to everyone in the world. All this at an age when just being a kid can be a tough enough experience. :(
