19. And since atheism, or my agnosticism, is a religious belief ...
then ALL of them includes any belief whatsoever involving religion, gods, and so on.

My, what a lot to have to take seriously. Well, here goes: LOL.

A religious spectrum statement? Yes.
A belief? No. That is, by its very definition, what atheism is about.

35. Because it involves a philosophical argument concerning metaphysics.
This is basic philosophy, an atheist is making a claim that denies metaphysics (in philosophy, the atheist is still making a metaphysical claim). An agnostic on the other hand does not fall into this as the agnostic merely claims that one can't have certain knowledge of metaphysics.

73. Not for me...
I'm not educated enough to argue metaphysics as a reason for no existence of God, so my personal argument for being an Atheist is, "Because I don't believe in God, so get the hell out of my face".

This is his second shot at predicting the day of the mythical rapture. The first one was sometime around 1994. Yet he still has people who once again believe he knows some magical secret and all their troubles will be over come Saturday. Amazing.

They will hold onto their faith in the face of all evidence to the contrary. Their disillusionment will never be realized, because they will cling to the illusion with their last dying breath. That is the nature of faith. More power to them, I guess.

I don't ridicule their faith, but I ridicule their judgment in (a) picking a date, and (b) ignoring everything Jesus said about the subject (i.e., "no man knows the day or the hour") to pick a date.

It's a shame that more Christians aren't very Christ-like.

75. In all fairness
With the type of math they use, it would be easy to be off by a couple hundred years.

You take the year God invented the earth 7,354 AD
Multiply by 10
Subtract the year Noah set sail 2,635 AD
Subtract 12 for the disciples
Divide by 11 because Judas wasn't much of a disciple was he?

I see where there's room for error

78. OK so God invented the earth
in 7354 AD, but when did he apply for the Patent?

That's probably messing up the calculations too...

80. What about the conversion from the Jewish calendar?
Also, you've got to factor in leap years and Daylight Savings Time.

"No one knows about that day or hour, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father."
-Matthew 24:36, New International Version

Jesus Christ, that's one of the most oft-cited Bible quotes. Shouldn't that have been enough for these ignorant wackjobs, aside from the fact that he already got it wrong before?

Fool 'em once, shame on you, fool 'em twice, they're fucking gullible dipshits who deserve little sympathy.
