Chelsea Clinton 2016??
She will be old enough and eligible to run. What do you think? Matt Damon could be VP.

4. Sorry. I'm not crazy about political dynasties whether
they are named Bush or Clinton. Time for new blood unrelated to Washington insiders.

We need to remove big-bucks from politics and get some democracy for a change.. continuing to
"keep it in the family" is an incestuous mess..

In a perfect world, I would like to see a 10 year hiatus for retiring pols before they could re-enter the DC-scene:)

Send these folks back to Podunk Falls & make them live ordinary lives again..

Chelsea is pursuing a master's degree and hasn't worked for a hedge fund in quite a while.

17. Old Enough To Run For President?
Good Lord, I still think of her as a child.

Anyway, if anyone actually did consider this, she'd be running on nothing but her name. Let the Republicans run "names."

Dynasties are not a good thing.

See: Bush, George and Bush, George W.

Both very, very bad for the US.

33. Individual merit??? What is your evidence that she has a skill set
that would be useful in a president?

All she has is a name associated with currently powerful political family.

27. Family ties already in place...
Of course, Obama is related to Cheney and we all know his SOS is married to Bill Clinton and that the Bushes were related to an earlier U.S. president. Basically, you've got to go back to Carter's administration for a president and VP without family connections to a previous administration--and even then, Carter could trace his family to the 1600s in America.

The truth is that we're a lot more aristocratic than we want to admit.

35. Ooh, dreamy
They could, like, get Miley Cyrus as Secretary of State! And put Kiefer Sutherland in as Defense Sec, to give them that all-important gravitas. I hear he's related to a politician.
