The July 2011 Calendar

This year, July has 5 Fridays, 5 Saturdays and 5 Sundays.
This happens once every 823 years.

1. Once every 823 years? It should happen every time July 1st falls on a Friday
And while I believe leap years may make the distribution of dates on particular weekdays slightly less than random, it should still be very close to once every 7 years.

What's you source for the stat?

4. Since the month has 31 days, it always has to have 5 of three days.
And those days will be consecutive in the weekly cycle. That means that each day will start off such a three-day event on average every 7 years.
