Catholic Priest takes lewd pictures of children - Church waits 5 months to contact police and....
destroys evidence:

"Ratigan was hospitalized for psychiatric care, the diocese made a copy of the images on the laptop and the computer was returned to Ratigan's family. Court documents said Ratigan's family then destroyed the laptop.

Some people questioned why it took several months for the diocese to contact law enforcement. When contacted by KMBC's Cliff Judy, a diocese spokesperson said the diocese contacted law enforcement when it became aware of the discovery of child porn.

Judy contacted police and prosecutors, who both said they weren't contacted by the diocese until last week.

When Judy told the diocese spokesperson what police and prosecutors said, the diocese spokesperson changed their story and said they had been in touch with legal counsel since December, and that law enforcement wasn't contacted until last week."

1.  The diocese exchanged illegal child pornography with a man in their employ
If a regular human being did that, copied child porn off one computer and held onto it, they would be co-defendants.

2. Exactly.
But the Catholic Church is an important element in the employ of the uber-Fascism that is known as our democracy.

It teaches its students that conspiracy-minded individual who question the norm are to be feared.

It supports GM foods, on going. expensive wars, unfair taxation rates, using the children of the lower middle class as cannon fodder and on and on.

All in the name of a man who some two thousand years ago was known for his statement: "Little children, love one another."
