Obama waved at my son-n-law yesterday

He works at Pentagon for a general, he is a major in air force. He loves to golf and went to the military one yesterday and Obama came there and waved at him. Made his day. Also he got email to get private tour of east wing at White house. (nothing to do with seeing obama yesterday) My daughter and him had already gone on the public one in Dec.

They are the ones who first told me about Obama years ago when I wanted Gore to run. They keep politics to themselves because of his career and my daughter says most military is still very conservative and religious and they don't go to church. She said sometimes she is looked down on for not taking
her kids to church.

I'd overstay my welcome, though, gawking at the art and antiques.

when Clinton came for a book signing back around 2003. He was in his military clothes and Clinton talked to him for a few minutes and shook his hand and signed his book.
