5. I've been listening for about an hour

It's very sad. The cops can't tell which street they are on. They've asked for a chaplain. One cop asked another to go by and check on his house. They called an ambulance for a critically ill child.

wind speeds are picking up everywhere

I live in Houston and the winds have been continuous here
I have never seen anything like it in 10 years ...its continuous
