The 2012 Republican checklist for defeat
1) They really do want to kill Grandma ("fix" Medicare) and kick the poor and disabled off Medicare

2) They refuse to help those whose lives have been disrupted by natural disasters (the folks in Joplin and Atlanta can go fuck themselves)

3) They want to take the food out of the mouths of the little children

4) They want to cut programs for the blind, pregnant women and the disabled to pay for tax breaks for billionaires

5) They want to reduce the number of cops and firemen everywhere to benefit private security firms

6) And they want to give us vouchers instead of health care when we retire, along with cat food, which is more nutritious

I'm not kidding

1. And they think this will make them WIN?
:wtf:

They are genuinely certifiable. I suspect they think this will work because they're so good at playing the fear card.

Fearful people will vote against their own best interests.

Recommended.

4. I often feel like our country has been invaded by some alien force out to
destroy the entire place. The only thing I can see they will have left are masses of indentured servants, which I think is their game plan.

I now see republicans as individuals with some real mental issues that have seen acceptance for their sociopathic mannerisms through politics and flocks that follow the authoritarians.

I'm convinced the republicans absolutely do not give a damn about this country and its future.

2. They really don't care about winning the Presidency ...
... I think they're more focused on winning more seats in the Senate and keeping a majority in the House.

They will ruin the country at the legislative level, unless we get out and make sure that Democrats win the key elections in the House & Senate, as well as at the State level.

5. Things won't change until roughly half of the roughly 50% of Republican voters
start voting in their best interests. If it's close, count on Republicans gaming the results. Until the average Republican voter learns what we already know, things will continue to marginally erode until the system breaks down entirely. It really isn't a Democratic voter problem, it's the rubes that vote Republican and then wonder why their economic life is going to hell.

6. I guess cheap polls with a yes or no are more popular and require no thought
