In February of 2010, a security camera in a North Memphis McDonalds caught a now infamous beat down on tape. The video shows store manager Jackson Martin violently attacking then 17 year old employee Jerelle Gray.

Martin was sentenced on Monday to 4 years diversion, meaning the incident will be wiped off his record if he stays out of trouble. He was charged with aggravated assault.

What kind of fucking bizarro world is this, where the attacker gets a slap on the wrist, his father says the court "got it right this time", and the VICTIM is the one getting death threats? I guess the only progress since 1911 is that the victim wasn't lynched. Absolutely disgusting!

and at 17 you cant carry concealed in tennessee like you can when you are 18. I but the skinhead would not have started beating down an 18 year old out of fear of getting shot. shouldnt that have been assault on a minor?
