CBS Evening Nooz termed Palin a "gamechanger" if she decides to get in the race.
I know the field's weak, but Palin's welcome was long ago worn out for all but the nuttiest fringe that inhabit the back alleys of the internet, like some small membership conservative sites and social clubs attractive to kooks. The rest of the world has figured out that she's frighteningly stupid and dangerously incompetent and unconsidered of thought or deed. Her unfavorables are, and have been for some time, stratospheric.

And yet there we have it from some teevee noozreader. She's a gamechanger.

Even sans the Couric woman, that's pretty damned pathetic "news reporting." I put "news reporting" in quotes, because the piece was not a report. It was editorial comment.

The US media is as useless as nipples on a boar hog.

3. "Useless as nipples on a boar hog" - I haven't heard that expression
in a zillion years - my late grandpa (who was born in 1882) used to say it, but I've never heard it from anybody else (other than my dad). Actually, grandpa said "tits on a boar hog." But it's a great expression. I wonder if it's regional?

6. I've heard it as "useFUL as tits on a boar hog"--obviously spoken
with derision.

11. Reminds me of Tweety pushing the idea that Fred Thompson
would easily win the primary if he would get in the Presidential race because he would be seen as the second coming.

Tweety showed just how profoundly out of it he really is there inside the beltway.

15. True: it will make the "game" more amusing
if by "gamechanger" he meant that it would be good for the (R)s, he's off his rocker.
