Did I just hear that right?
On our local ABC station, they just reported that the Rs are going to unveil a "new" budget plan. Apparently it will call for "lower taxes for high income earners and lower spending." Please tell me what is new about that? Sounds like we need to keep hammering away.

Whatever changes they make are a flip-flop by the entire party
