Rove: Palin doesn’t think ‘the rules apply to her’
Source: RawReplay
By David Ferguson

Karl Rove appeared on Greta Van Susteren’s “On the Record” to discuss the 2012 race, saying that it appears to him that Sarah Palin doesn’t think “the rules apply to her”. He went on to say that the political process has changed and that some politicians are taking unconventional routes to electoral success. He also highlighted the difference between people who will come out to see the former Alaska governor and people who actually vote in primary elections.

This video comes to us from Fox News, via Mediaite:

8. No, you're not reading his statement correctly.
He's talking about the political process, not her sense of entitlement. He's saying she believes she can run for office on her own terms (twitter feeds, no media interviews except FOX, private rallies, etc). As obnoxious as Rove is I don't think he would ever be that politically stupid.

12. That's right. Palin should rely on Brooks Bros riots
and a conservative Supreme Court the good old fashioned way that Rove did.

Whose fault is it that anyone even knows that woman's name outside of Alaska? Exactly. "The chicken has come home to roost".

Deal with it lunatics! oh and from the bottom of my liberal heart: Thanks Rove! See ya in 2012 :dem:

25. Spoken as only a Watergate boy could say it. N.B. Rove was
Edited on Fri May-27-11 03:58 PM by coalition_unwilling
investigated during Watergate as one of Donald Segretti's dirty tricksters. Investigation never got anywhere close to an indictment, due to lack of investigatory resources. But Rove was engaged in electoral dirty tricks as far back as 1970-72.

28. Of course she doesn't! She's a maverick!
It's why the repub elite will make sure she's not on the ticket. They could control W, but Palin will buck them just to show off her maverick-y-ness to her fans.
