when his wife worked for some governmental entity she had to complete financial disclosure forms and she showed a debt to Tiffany's of between 250,001 and 500,000 dollars.

He has not denied it but won't say what it was for. (Tiffany's lobbied the committee his wife worked for, something about mining, so you might expect they cut them some deals.)

7. He said he had a "revolving fund" with Tiffany's but didn't quite reveal what that meant.

I'm guessing it was an interest free loan, given his "special" circumstance (Calista's relationship with the company). Newt didn't seem comfortable talking about it. Wonder why...
