And that, is the fast-track to one-term.

I really hope Obama is not serious here and is just kicking the hornet's nest. This could get ugly very quickly.

6. The President wouldn't have to have courage to make the right
decisions now. He would only have to be intelligent and humane. Is that asking too much of a President?

2. I blame the DNC
who gave us "him".

Until the RNC/DNC chain is broken, this is what we'll get.

3. Who is he getting political advice from - Newt Gingrich? What a tin-ear for politics, regardless of
the merits of some of the proposals. You don't negotiate policy cornerstones under duress - compromise under those circumstances is just viewed as weakness and capitulation.

If he actually trades anything substantial away, Obama will go down in the next election, and will go down in history as the Weak Dealer.

From New Deal to Weak Dealer

5. Among other bad traits, I'm afraid that the President is as "dumb
as a rock." He seems incapable of making any intelligent or humane decisions. nt

7. HE could literally be kicking the hornet's nest... riling the base and the rest of America
to stop watching and talking about Casey Anthony and pay attention to the debt ceiling debate.

I really really hope that's the case.

10. "IF Obama signs S. Sec. Cuts the Electorate Will Blame HIM..."
And rightly so.

The Democratic Party is a BIG TENT, but there is NO ROOM for those
who advance the agenda of THE RICH (Corporate Owners) at the EXPENSE of LABOR and the POOR.

12. If he signs that bullshit and sells us out on SS and Medicare he does not deserve a 2nd term.

Bachmann or no Bachmann. There is not room in the tent for a Democrat who tears down the social safety net.

14. That's why they let him have the WH in the first place.
They found a woman and a black man (two chances to break a glass ceiling!!!) who would run as Dems but rule as pukes.

The woman admitted just a little too much of the plan during the primaries so the other one got the job.

Either way, the pukes get what they want and the Dems get the blame.
