This Video Shows the White House is Open to Social Security Cuts

It's pretty clear White House Press Secretary Jay Carney knows full well they will allow cuts to Social Security. If you noticed since the State of the Union, President Obama and all of this advisers and officials are very careful to say they will oppose "slashes" and not "cuts."

Come out and say it. Are you against the Chained CPI? (Benefit cut) Raising the retirement Age? (benefit cut). Enough with the weasel words!

1. absolutely, it's correct to focus on the word "slashes"

it's imperative to parse what politicians say. Especially, imo, with Obama.

2. I've been paying attention for 6 months. They always use the word "slash"

and when asked to define it? They simply can't. Warning bells people.
